Shop Policies

By shopping with Third Eye Rave Wear you agree to the following policies. There are no exceptions to these policies. As the buyer it is your responsibility to double check the items you’re ordering including all the options available to the item you add to your cart this includes and is not limited to size, fabric, coverage ect. You also agree to the shop's processing times and understand you may not be able to rush your order in the event the time does not allow. Third Eye Rave Wear is not responsible for customer mistakes when ordering, shipping issues and anything that happens after the item is delivered. Please remember Third Eye Rave Wear is a handmade small business run by one individual. Please read all the following before purchasing as you agree to these terms and no exceptions will be made. 


Before Purchasing 

Before placing your order please take a look at our size guide and fabric options pages. If you cannot find a size that works for your measurements or are confused on the fabric options please reach out, we are more than happy to assist you and customize item measurements if needed. Please reach out before placing your order or within 5 days of the order being placed. 

Third Eye Rave Wear is NOT responsible for items lost or stolen once in transit. If the item is marked as delivered we cannot refund you or send out a new item. For this reason we highly suggest you purchase Priority Shipping at checkout. Priority Shipping from USPS included insurance on packages up to $100 in value. Because we offer free shipping for orders over $100, we will pay for insurance to cover the remaining order amount for you. Please understand we are not Amazon, we are not a big corporation. This is a small shop run by me alone. Every dollar put into this business I made by working for a long time to finally try to make my dream come true. That being said I need your help to take as many steps as possible to protect you and your amazing pieces I try to put my everything into. Please double check everything before placing your order and again and if you notice any errors please reach out in 5 days for them to be rectified.


Returns and Exchanges 

Everything unless stated otherwise in the item’s description, is made to order. Because all items are made to order we cannot accept returns or exchanges on most items and orders. Our return and exchange policy is strict and cannot allow exceptions outside of our guidelines. Be sure to reach out prior to purchasing if you are confused. The following situations are the only times we will accept returns or exchanged for. 


Returns

Items that are ordered mistakenly (ex. Wrong fabric choice, wrong coverage option) and items that are no longer wanted cannot be returned. However, we will accept returns for items that arrived damaged. If the item was damaged in shipping, if you have purchased Priority Shipping please reach out to USPS to file a claim with your insurance. If you did not purchase shipping insurance we are not responsible for the damage and unfortunately unable to help you. If you received a completely wrong item based on the order confirmation page we will also accept the return. 

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made for items that do not fit properly. Due to items still being made to order, the buyer is responsible for purchasing the return label and the new label for the new item. In the event the item you need to exchange is no longer available you may ask for a new item or a store credit for the total of the purchase minus shipping costs. Exchanges can also be made for the same reasons as the refunds. In the event you want to exchange your item due to a sizing error, you are responsible to send the item back on your own and purchase the label for the new item being sent out. If you send back you item before reaching out, the exchange will not be accepted. Replacement items will not be sent out until the item is received and checked to verify its condition. Until the item is checked, exchange or return is subject to Third Eye Rave Wear discretion. The reason for this decision is because when you purchase an item for $50 and it costs $10 for supplies and 2 hours to make, we get paid $20 an hour which isn’t too bad but, when you want to exchange that made to order item because you did not read the listing needs now it is still $50 but the first item cost $10 for supplies and now so is the new one. We go down to $30 left spread across the now 4 hours of labor meaning we made $7.50 an hour which is not a liveable wage and way below minimum wage. We aren’t Amazon and so with that being said we cannot accept exchanges due to any buyer mistakes, changing their mind or anything else outside of fit. 

ALL ORDER ISSUES MUST BE BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTION WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY. ONCE PAST THE 14 DAYS, ITEMS ARE NO LONGER ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.


Sale or Clearance Items

Items that are purchased on sale ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE unless arrived damaged due to Third Eye Rave Wear and not shipping & handling. This is clearly listed in sale and clearance listings as well. There is NO EXCEPTION on sale and clearance items. 


Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of the order being placed. If within 48 hours of the order being placed we will happily refund you to the original form of payment. 


Custom Orders

I no longer need/want my custom, can I get a refund? 

For custom orders your original $50 deposit is NON REFUNDABLE and is something you acknowledge on the listing before purchasing. Due to customs typically including personalized components and time spent on thinking and drafting up the design we cannot send you a refund for the deposit. In the event you have made payments on the total of the whole order and decide to cancel you will receive store credit for your purchase minus the cost of the materials purchases as well as the $50 deposit if it is more than $50. This will be better explained when inquiring about canceling. For custom store credit cancellation you will receive a code that you can sell to someone else in the event you do not plan to use it again. 

I’m making payments when will my order ship?

If you choose to make payments through us and multiple invoices you must make ALL PAYMENTS prior to your item being shipped. There are no exceptions. If you do not complete payment in time we cannot ship out the order. If you’d like to avoid this we highly suggest using ShopPay payment plans. 


Processing Time 

All items are made to order. Due to this orders will take 4-6 weeks for processing time plus the shipping time you selected. **All Mystery Sets have a 6-8 week processing time plus the shipping selected.** Please be sure to order your sets with enough time to receive them for your event. To be safe with shipping we suggest adding 2 weeks to the processing time in case you run into a shipping issue. If you would like to rush your order please reach out to us thirdeyeravewear@gmail.com with your order number and we can send you an invoice for the rush fee. We cannot always accommodate rushing an order but we will do our best to do so.
