Standard Orders (this EXCLUDES Mystery Sets and Customs)

The current turnaround time for Standard Orders is 4-6 weeks. You can add this to your order to receive it within 2 weeks. If you need your order quicker than that you must reach out about your request and receive confirmation that it can be done sooner than that. IF YOU ADD THIS TO YOUR ORDER AND HAVE NOT SPOKEN WITH SOMEONE ABOUT IT COMING SOONER THAN 2 WEEKS IT WILL NOT COME SOONER THAN 2 WEEKS!

Mystery Sets

The current turnaround time for Mystery Sets is 6-8 weeks. You can add this to your order to receive it within 3-4 weeks. If you need your order quicker than that you must reach out about your request and receive confirmation tat it can be done sooner than that. IF YOU ADD THIS TO YOUR ORDER AND HAVE NOT SPOKEN WITH SOMEONE ABOUT IT COMING SOONER THAN 4 WEEKS IT WILL NOT COME SOONER THAN 4 WEEKS!

Custom Orders

For custom orders the goal is to always get you your order in time for your event. Every custom order should start with a custom order slot purchase or a message to discuss the custom and when it is needed by. Not all customs can be rushed due to fabric needs as well as realistic expectations. In this case, there is no reason to purchase a rush order as the whole orders needs to be discussed prior. 

Shipping & Returns

Please ensure you select the shipping that corresponds to the time frame in which you need your items however this does not include processing time.


We do not accept returns on items unless they are damaged upon delivery, completely wrong item then ordered AND are within 14 days of delivery.

    All items are made to order unless specified otherwise. As per ship policies located in our FAQ section, we do not accept returns for orders unless they arrive damanaged and we are made aware within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges can only be offered for size changes in which buyer has to pay for a return label and a second shipping label.
